You can enjoy our generous buffet and sip our cocktails and skilfully selected wines 10 euro.
Every evening a nice variety of couscous is served based on peculiar arab recipes allowing those who prefer not to stay for dinner to taste a typical dish of traditional moroccan cooking.
While sipping your aperitif, you can have your body adorned with henna tattoos from simple linear patterns to complicated arabesques intertwining on the back of your hand.
Tea time
Tea mint ceremony served with Moroccan pastries.
Preparation: clean very fragrant mint and choose the best quality of green Tea.
Put tea leaves in the teapot (two teaspoons for 4 people); pour half cup of boiling water into the teapot and poured into a glass to control the colour of the water that should not be cloudy; if it were to be cast and then another half a glass. Add the mint tea and sugar cubes, other boiling water and allow the rest for a while before serving.
